I am pleased to tell you that I have developed a system to maintain your tenant/client base.
You can of course use this system to maintain your database of clients (e.g. you can add a new client, make changes, and delete a client). All this information can be on your desktop and you do not have to be retrieving documents from your cabinet! Assuming, if I had to ask you – who is the employer of your tenant A? When does a lease of tenat B end? You should have this information in your finger tips – and this system is just doing that for you!
